At Sundae School, we want you to be completely satisfied with your higher education in fashion. We offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
